1. Our Services

KINETIX WAVE provides Web Development, Web Design, UI/UX Design, App Development, Digital Marketing, Brand & Visual Design, and Video Production & Editing services. The scope, timeline and deliverables for each engagement are agreed individually with the client before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and any content or assets required to complete the engagement as agreed.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, as set out in the individual project agreement. KINETIX WAVE retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including any deposit and milestone schedule, are agreed individually per project before work begins and are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services on a reasonable-efforts, professional basis. KINETIX WAVE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites, applications or other work product.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or an ongoing engagement after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
